Our Mission
Tundra Buddies Daycare is committed to offering a safe, secure, and caring environment for children. We believe in a child-centered approach, offering play-based learning grounded in Montessori principles. Our center fosters curiosity, independence, and joy in learning, while respecting each child’s individual needs and developmental pace.
Our Philosophy

We value the environment as a teacher and build strong connections with families and culture to support every child’s growth, development, and sense of belonging.
Our Staff
Our team includes certified Early Childhood Educators (ECEs), Early Childhood Educator Assistants (ECEAs), and Support Workers. Each staff member brings unique skills, experiences, and cultural knowledge to support your child’s development. All staff are required to be trained in First Aid, CPR, and undergo regular professional development to ensure a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for every child.
